Being Out Of Balance

Being out of balance is not easy and doing it purposely is even worse. You may say why be deliberately out of balance when you do not like it. 



The answer is easy.  Sometimes it is better to be out of balance than be controlled by stress trying to remain in balance.

Recently, I had lots action going on in my home due to visitors that were very welcomed as they had not been there for a few years.  It really does not matter how much you want to have visitors, you will all agree that they disrupt the normal flow of things. 

If you work at home, it is even worse as they are not familiar with regular routine and may expect certain issues like visiting places, eating out etc. The break from the norm is best handle by accepting that you will give up some of the regular duties and then put in extra time to get caught up later.

This is the stage that I am at now.  I am getting caught up and would ask that if any of you have a better way of dealing with these issues that you send me some comments.  In the meantime, the meditation will have to suffice.

Manage Anxiety and Panic Attacks is about providing information for those of us who suffer panic attacks and anxiety if for a short time.  Using visualization and meditation can assist with the management of  these phobias.
